Chelsey did my eye exam and I have never felt so comfortable, seen and all around cared for. This team rocks and the checkout / glasses selection worker was amazing as well I just forgot her name. The entire process took less than 20 minutes bites - from the time that I walked in to when I left after purchasing two pairs of glasses. The selection of frames is great and I appreciate being able to easily identify frames for a narrow face. The price is reasonable and the sales staff were very helpful!

The Best Place for Stylish and Affordable Glasses! I had an amazing experience at Warby Parker! The staff here is incredibly friendly and helpful, making the whole process smooth and enjoyable. The selection of frames is truly impressive-so much bigger than what you'll find at Target, Costco, or LensCrafters. If you're looking for stylish options, this is the place to go! I came in with my prescription, and they used a special device to measure my pupillary distance, ensuring the perfect fit. They also asked if I wanted blue light protection for my lenses, which was a nice touch. The ordering process was super simple, and they told me my glasses would be ready in about 10 days and shipped directly to my home-so convenient! One of the things I really loved was that many of their frames come in different sizes, like Medium and Wide, as well as various colors. This was a lifesaver for someone like me who wants both the perfect fit and a stylish look. The best part? The total cost for both the frame and lenses was just $100, which is an amazing deal! Unfortunately, they don't accept our insurance (VSP Signature), but even with insurance elsewhere, it would have been more expensive. So overall, Warby Parker is hands down the best place to get high-quality, fashionable glasses without breaking the bank!

Great experience. Imagine that?...the once dreadful chore of "having to visit your eye doctor" has been launched into the future. Nice variety, upfront pricing, knowledgeable and friendly staff. I made my appt the day before online. Its like shopping for new shoes but eyeglasses!

What a fall from grace. This is more a review of corporate than the storefront. I've had WP glasses for a few years, went to the store to place an order for new prescription glasses. Staff was friendly, glasses were in stock, everything was fine. Once order was placed my glasses were delayed due to issues in the lab. Spoke with three customer service reps, each was less helpful than the last. They said my glasses would take a MONTH to arrive. Not sure how they can live with treating customers this way. I had them cancel my order and issue a refund. Time to find a new glasses company...

Great location with fantastic customer service. I was warmly greeted and helped right away. The staff were both knowledgeable and profession. The store had a new type of eye examination equipment that replaces the need for liquid eye dilation. LOVE! Warby Parker has a ton of different types of eyewear to chose from at a great price.
