I had a wonderful first time visit at Pearle. Dr Liu took the time to truly understand my concerns and performed a very thorough exam. She explained my scan results in a clear, plain, and easy-to-understand way, which I really appreciated. She was extremely patient, professional, and never made me feel rushed. The staff was just as impressive -- everyone greeted me with a smile and was genuinely helpful. I spent quite a bit of time in the store selecting the pair of glasses that fit me best, and the staff remained patient and attentive the entire time. The store carries a wide variety of brands, making it easy to find something I liked. The space itself is bright, clean, and very well maintained, which made the whole experience even more pleasant. Highly recommend this office for both eye care and eyewear.
