I was on a short holiday in La Jolla when I wandered into the shop. I had no intentions of buying glasses, but I'm always interested in the new styles. I had been looking for a pair of white frames for about five years. I couldn't believe my eyes when Keith showed me two really great frames. I tried them on and they were excellent for my purposes. I was able to get a copy of my prescription and texted it to Keith. Keith had my glasses made and shipped them to me. I got the new glasses in a week They are everything that I have been looking for. They were really well done My prescription is not easy so I was excited to see that they did such a good job

I originally purchased my beautiful prescription sunglasses with a special tint back in 2016 while visiting La Jolla. Unfortunately, they were damaged during a fall on Christmas vacation in 2024. I reached out to Ian to see if there was any way to restore them. He quickly found my original records and assured me that he could repair the frame and replace the scratched lenses with the same personalized tint.
I received my restored sunglasses, and they are absolutely beautiful -- just like new! The process was smooth, communication was great, and the turnaround time was impressive. Ian is truly the best -- professional, knowledgeable, and so kind. Highly recommend this optical company for their outstanding service and craftsmanship.
