I've been dealing with problems with the glasses that were prescribed by her for over a year now. From the minute I put them on, I informed her that I couldn't see out of them. She had me wait 6+ months before she would take them back to check if they were made correctly. I finally got her to take them back and she informed me that there was a mistake at the lab and they were going to remake them. Then weeks later she that that they were correct and that I should send her a new prescription so the lenses could be remade. She never did a re-exam using any equipment. I have filed multiple complaints with my insurance and am now working on a charge back for my credit card because she won't refund my money. I had to go to another doctor and have already had other glasses made that I can see out of. She will only remake the lenses using the prescription from the other doctor, but I don't need them because I already have glasses now that work (2 pairs and I don't need 4 pairs). I paid almost $500 and I don't have glasses. I don't want or need the glasses from her...I don't trust that she would do it right anyway. I do not recommend using her services at all.

This has been an absolutely horrible experience. The doctor arrived 30 minutes late, another patient was waiting as well. The exam was done in some kind of back room, which I overlooked trying to support a small business. I paid $163 in total with insurance on 7/31/2024 and have yet receive my eyeglasses, a refund, callback, email or text with any type of explanation. Please do not use this office. Save yourself the headache.

Most horrible and haunting experience doing eye exam ever. The doctor arrived late for my appointment for almost half an hour, and did the most unprofessional testing i ever had, resulting in 50 degrees less than what i really need(i went to other optometrist for re-exam). And of course this caused me extra expense for needing to re-make a pair of glasses. And worst of all, she fraudulently charged my insurance, trying to claim that i spent $300 on contact lenses, where the fact was she only gave me 2 pairs of tryouts which were supposed to be free. The staff was certainly hospitable, i had no say on that. But very unprofessional indeed, the staff did not know how to use the machine to exam my eye ball status, she even forgot to take off the lens cap from the machine, and it was me myself trying to help her with which button to click. And further more, with no proper academic knowledge, the staff tried to explain to me my exam result, which turned out to be totally wrong when Dr. Sally Lee came and explained. And they were only able to provide hand written receipt and prescription, no electronic record at all, which made this place looked like a last century business. They used to be on Yelp, where the rating was only 2.2 stars, and now they have offlined their business from Yelp.

Dr. Lee is fantastic. She's thorough with her explanations and took the time to answer all of my questions. I went to her with a problem that was brushed aside by my primary doctor, and she showed genuine concern and explained all the possible causes. I've never really been a fan of going to the eye doctors as it was always uncomfortable and awkward, but Dr. Lee and her team make me feel welcome and cared for.

My right eye was swollen and red for several days. I stopped in at this office to see if I could get an appointment to get it checked. The receptionist and other staff were really friendly and helpful. Dr. Lee was in the office and took me in with no wait. What a great way to get treatment. I would highly recommend this office.

Dr. Lee and Tammy are excellent. I came in for a pair of sunglasses and after some extremely friendly help, I was quickly on my way with a great pair of Ray Bans. Thank you to Dr. Lee and Tammy!
