Acuity Eye Group - Lancaster

Today was an overall awesome experience with everyone we encountered was very helpful, courteous and just pleasant. The Dr. that checked our eyes was exceptional and was a people person overall, it was a beautiful experience and we pray that others will see that and acknowledge it to the people they encountered on their appointment. Thank you Acuity Eye Group for employing good people all around, from check in to having the exams done and Dr. Adam.

They are very organized, clean, they have all the updated eye equipment for testing and a good routine for processing patients through their appointments. The wait time is long but it goes quick. Overall a great place to go.

I had a pleasant visit. The staff were very nice. I got seen in a timely manner. Can I liked the doctor. Dr.Dryer. Will recommend this place to my friends & family.

The care was very caring and professional. Because of me checking in a day early they went out of their way to correct my mistake by allowing me to keep the appointment, even if I was a day early. I didn't have leave and come back the following day. It made my morning. Thank you

This place is a joke. Waited over 3 months for an appt. for my son only for them to call and reschedule. Another 6 weeks and they canceled that one as well. Oh and oops you need to get a new referral for your son because his will be expired and we can't do that for you because he is a new patient. So instead I called his primary doctor and requested new auth for doctor not affiliated with acuity. Fast forward a year and I was referred here by my primary. I thought I'd give them another shot. After 10 minutes of drama with the ridiculously inept call center the next available appt. is Feb 24 more than 3 months away. No Thank You. I do not need a repeat and that is a little too much de ja vu for me. I was on the line with my primary physician's referral department 2 minutes later.

I like Acuity Eye Group. Great staff, friendly, knowledgeable and professional people who seem to care about the patients. An added bonus is the wait time wasn't bad at all.

first time patient all day visit ....first visit. BIG PLACE nice people now that I'm done with my initial first patient view of this establishment I almost get done. Want to go pick up my glasses and no they're closing right now come back another time so an hour and a half appointment and now I'm supposed to drive three hours to come back to finish it cause I don't live here. none of the signs on the door say that they're closed at the time I need to get in there. I'm very disappointed. it's now 1130. They tell me to come back at 1:30. so I managed to come back at 1:30 here at 2 o'clock. I'm told another 20 minutes before I can even get in there to pick out some frames. so if you're a first time patient, I suggest you make your appointment before 10 AM or you're gonna be here all day.

I came in early and there was a cancellation I was able to get that Oppointment with no problem thank you very much Erica
