The place is very nice and organized. The staff is so friendly and helpful. They answered all of my questions and explained everything. I really enjoyed my experience. Highly recommend!

I Love going to Wallis Family Eyecare Optometry, I got there 10:50am and was seen 5 minutes before my 11am appointment, everyone is so amazing, even the Receptionist, but Dr. Nguyen is so great.. Wallis continue to be amazing in every aspect.. Also I've been going here for so long..

I cannot give anything less than 5 stars. The care received by staff is always great. It seems as if they organize appointments in a manner that ensures your wait time is not too long. The Doctor is genuinely great. And it's the reason that as long as I am living in Lancaster, there's no reason for me to look elsewhere when it comes to taking care of eyes and vision.

Amazing place. Highly recommend. They were able to squeeze me into the schedule. Took out a piece of metal out of my eye like clock work. The staff is super friendly. They had my eye back to normal in no time. Super grateful. If me or my family need anything for Eyecare definitely coming back

9.22.25: My new outlook on life began today when I came in for an eye exam. As usual, everyone was friendly and helpful from start to finish. Elizabeth helped me select the perfect frames that matched my taste and personality. I'm excited for this change and hopeful for better to come my way. 10.10.25: Today, my world opened up and I can see clearly now with my new frames. They fit comfortably without any adjustments needed. Literally, my old frames were falling apart, reflecting the storms that I've weathered for a while. Perhaps, this is a sign of a new start. I was referred by a very good friend. I was in the area and decided to go inside to make an appointment. The women at the front desk are very friendly. Long story short I had to wait less than 30 minutes to be seen.. .From the time I walked in the door to the time I left less than an hour .. Dr. Nyguen was straight to the point and was very effient.
