I had a great experience from start to finish. The doctor was incredibly patient and took the time to explain everything about my visit using pictures and visual examples, which made it so much easier to understand. I never felt rushed, even though the appointment was very efficient and to the point. The staff at the front desk were also super sweet and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. I truly appreciate the care and attention I received and would highly recommend this office.

Dr. Israel is always amazing! He is professional, "down-to-earth", and explains my eye situation to me in terms I understand. His team is equally amazing, prompt, professional and friendly all at the same! His practice is very busy and I never feel "rushed" when I go see him. I travel 1.5 hours for my appointments. My husband I I felt very comfortable with Dr. Israel and although he may have felt that he was moving along very quickly, he assured both of us individually that if we need to stop him with a question to feel free. He was very thorough and pleasant. It was as if I were being seen and taken care of by a family member. Plus they had the brand name line of glasses I was looking for. Exceptional experience.

Dr.steven did my eye exam and the prescription he gave me is so great that now I hate taking off my glasses because I see everything so perfect with them on they made my custom glasses with a brown tint and they are perfect highly recommend this place

I've been going here for over 20 years and service has gone DOWN. Dr Israel has always been great it's the front staff all the women are rude! I am taking me my husband and family I know with me. Sad these ladies attitudes have made me move optometrists after all these years but I refuse to give them my money another year. I asked how much are the cheapest glasses the girl rolled her eyes and said $200 I said the lowest (didn't sound right) then she confirmed it was 125$ just not nice tone. Dr. Israel it's a shame who you have working there now.
