I woke up to my glasses broken which is not ideal because I have terrible vision.. I was able to get in the same day. The entire experience was very enjoyable. you can tell when you walk in that there is a unity with the staff and they all enjoy working there, which is good because that means you will have a pleasant experience. Everyone was very polite, respectful and kind. I had a blast with Viviana, her customer care is next to none. she made me feel so comfortable. I can honestly say I have never found an optical center or optometrist that has made me literally feel like I'm at home. I will definitely always get my glasses and contacts here. Not to mention the top of the line imaging of the eye without the after affects of having your pupils dilated. We will be bringing the entire family back.. my 6yr old is excited and looking forward to the experience and really liked Dr. Kim as well.. Thank you guys for the awesome experience.

The entire staff at this location were excellent in providing customer service! The doctor was great at explaining my results, Andrew was patient & thorough in helping me choose the best eye care to assist with great vision, and Janice's hospitality was definitely welcomed! GREAT PLACE!

Besides the girl who was helping me I think her name was Kayla or Kaylee nobody else was smiling . Dull environment , didn't feel like they were excited to see their clients / patients . Chairs were dirty , had a lot of small hair on them which looked like pet hair . Their machines wasn't working , I just paid for nothing They made me look into some machine and click the clicker , I was clicking while looking into that machine and doc said seems like you didn't see anything that's why you didn't press /click the clicker. When I told her I was clicking then she said maybe we need to fix the clicker . So I just feel like I just paid and they were unable to perform the exam the way they were supposed to. It definitely didn't meet expectations .

I had an absolutely fabulous experience today at my eye exam. In fact, Dr. Kim and the staff at LensCrafters were so delightful I felt like I wanted to stay after my appointment and keep chatting. The only thing I could say that I wish I knew was the end price. I was told over the phone that my exam would be $74 and did not know until I was in an exam room that there was another charge for the actual fitting of contacts. If you're looking for constructive feedback, that would have just been nice to know. Other than that, everything was wonderful. An office full of friendly fantastic people.

I have been going to this office for years. I enjoy the staff who is always ready to help. The doctor takes her time so you understand everything every step of the way. The variety of glasses is great, and the prices are fair.

My appointment was great. No long waits, everything went smoothly. The exam and buying of my glasses were fast and easy. I do wish they had a bigger selection of glasses. But overall A+

I had an end of the day exam, it was around 5:20 on Friday 12/1 & the two sales Reps were very nice and welcoming and assisted me. When i went to take the first part of the exam, the girl who was helping me was rushing me and not being thorough with the instructions. I have been a customer and have done business with this office for years and so has my family so i understand the system, but things always change which is why I would have appreciated proper instruction on what to do instead of assuming I already knew. When it came to Dr. Kim she started to rush me even worse and was pretty rude which made my demeanor go down and I can tell she was very impatient because she wanted to go home. I don't even think this eye exam was an honest one meaning because both parts were so rushed that i'm not confident the proper prescription is in place and that's not something I want to be wrong about. These are my eyes and i need to see comfortably so more than likely i will be taking my business elsewhere and my family will as well. I understand wanting to go home at the end of the day and everyone is tired, we all have lives but that is no way to handle business. I made it a priority to come in to my appointment right after work and I commute 2 hours away, but i would not use that as an excuse to cover up not treating people accordingly so rushing to get home should not be an excuse either.
