This was my first appointment with AVOC, and my first time meeting Dr. Clark. I felt so comfortable and really well cared for! I've not had terrible -not great, but not terrible- experiences, so I thought! This office and their staff really set the bar for basic human care, let alone medical services. As always the visit was pleasant. The staff is superb, and I've never had a bad visit to AVOC. I have been a patient for eight years. I have always been greeted with a smile, and seldom have to wait more than five minutes. Dr. Clark is well educated, and enjoys sharing tidbits of information. I am an educator, and always enjoy learning. Each visit is a learning experience.
And I must mention Kelly. She is on top of things, and tolerates my sense of humor with a grin.

My wife had an eye irritation. She called Dr. Clark. He worked her in that day. He prescribed a medication that cost $500. He felt that was way too much and then found a generic. Later while my wife was at the pharmacy he called her with a coupon for the generic, so the final price was $40. Bottom line Dr Clark is great and goes the extra mile for his patients.
