Dr. Shields is amazing. She always makes me feel like I have her undivided attention. She listens to my concerns and makes sure I'm comfortable with everything we discuss. I would highly recommend her and the office as a whole.

Dr. Shields is always so kind, friendly and informative. It is evident she cares about me as a patient, and is always happy to address and investigate any concerns I bring to the table. I can't say this for many doctors, but I actually look forward to my appointments with her.

Dr. Shields is an amazing and caring doctor. She's thorough and informative as she examines your eyes. Dr. Shields makes you comfortable and relaxed as she talks to you and remembers you from year to year. Her staff enjoys working with her and are helpful and knowledgeable . My glasses are always the perfect prescription. Dr. Shields makes going to eye appointments a pleasurable experience!!

She's very helpful and really wants to help find something for you that works for you. I went through lots of different contacts and she was patient with me and helped me find the best ones for me. She also is very good at what she does and is a down to earth person. I really enjoy seeing Dr. Shields for my yearly check ups.

I have been coming to see Dr. Shields for years and have ALWAYS had a great experience! Dr. Shields is professional, extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. The staff is also professional and pleasant. I always have my questions and concerns answered and there's a great selection of frames to choose from. I was with Hull eye center before finding Dr. Shields through a friend. I didn't really care to much for Hull eye center as I felt the wait time was always to long both checking in and waiting for the doctor to see me, plus I have a retinal Detachment from and childhood injury and they weren't to skilled with that. Once I switched over to AVOC to Dr. Shields I was happy. From the time you walk in the door the staff are so friendly including Dr. Shields. She is so willing to help and allowed me to understand everything. They have great up to date Equipment Which is my case helps with keeping track of my current eye injury. I've been with this eye center for 5 plus years and the wait is minimal to none Both in the waiting room and waiting on the Dr. To me my time is valuable so I personal find it exceptional when I see a business run a tight ship with time management and quality care. Lastly she work well with my autistic son.

It's always a pleasure visiting with Dr. Shields, she's very informative and is always ready to answer your questions. She takes her time with you and makes you feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend her to all my friends and family.

Dr. Shields is fantastic. She is an excellent clinician who provided care from my 3 year-old daughter. Dr. Shields' abilities are exceptional and would definitely recommend.
