I had the best experience with the most caring service today picking out the perfect glasses. As a girl it is very hard to choose the right pair that you like. The assistant named Gigi was beyond patient understanding and explained so much to me that I didn't know. she really customized my experience and explain different side-by-side options. Specialist Marcy was so helpful she fixed my glasses. My nose pads continually would fall out of my glasses and make them very uncomfortable. I came into Walmart. Today, April 7, 2025, I stopped into the vision and glasses section of Walmart located on Valley Central Way and I was assisted by a young woman by the name of Marcy. Prior to our contact I noticed she was helping a couple in front of me and was very thorough and informative and pleasant with them And when they left, they seemed happy with her instructions and guidance. Next, it was my turn and I asked if she could replace the nose pads on an inexpensive pair of sunglasses I had and right away she helped me. First, she looked at my glasses to determine what size I would need and then did the replacement with two brand new nose pads, and I was able to wear my favorite pair of inexpensive sunglasses again! The cost was very minimal and it did not take long at all to complete the work and the transaction but the best thing of all was her customer service and her attention to detail. You should be very proud to have Marcy represent you! Thank you very much.
