Dr. Szeto was fabulous, as always. She is warm, sharp, and full of insight. I feel very grateful to be under her care. The person who helped me in the retail side of the practice was also fantastic. He was helpful and attentive without being overbearing or pushy. This is why I stick with MV optometry despite moving an hour away years ago! Keep up the good work.

Great experience overall. The staff were friendly and explained what would be done during the visit. Dr. Ngo went over my test results in detail and made sure I understood everything. The exam was thorough, and I loved that Dr. Ngo let me try sample glasses with my new prescription.

Had my exam with Dr. Ngo, she is amazing! Staff was awesome checking in with a warm welcome and explained the extra charge for the optomap that is optional. I was in denial for a while now that I needed glasses. Dr. Ngo reassured me with age our eyes start to change and that it wasn't just me. Went down to the optical shop Maria and Leeann helped me pick out the perfect pair of glasses and explained my VSP benefits. I got me a pair of computer glasses name brand frames for a reasonable copay. I'm excited to get my first pair of glasses in a couple weeks. Thank you MVO

There is no mention of the 10 min grace policy neither in the email confirmation nor in the text message reminder for the appointment. I even filled the admission form before hand and don't understand how worse can 2 min after their grace period than arrived on time while filling in the form for 20min. Anyway the front desk woman sent us away, I guess it's time to make some changes after so many years with them.
