I've now gotten 3 pairs of glasses from Shoreline and each experience has been perfect. Starting with the front office, scheduling an appointment was easy. They are very friendly and a pleasure to work with. Dr. Samantha Lin has excellent 'bedside manners' and is a very capable doctor. She was thorough and explained what she observed in normal words that anyone could understand. I asked follow-up questions and she was patient and ensured I didn't leave with doubts. My kind of doctor! I then worked with two members of the optical team: Angelica and Rubi. They are a pleasure to work with. They made recommendations based on my skin color, face shape, and accommodated my personal preferences. I'd put on a pair and I'd get honest feedback. Again, they were patient and ensured I felt comfortable with my selection. When the glasses arrived from the lab, both Rubi and Angelica were able to make the adjustments efficiently and perfectly. I'm very picky about how my glasses sit and I am impressed that they were able to nail the fit so quickly. I warned them that it would take time and I'd probably need multiple visits. Nope. Didn't need to come back. Their adjustments were spot on. Needless to say, I'll continue to come here for my eye care.

I haven't visited the clinic, but their response to my inquiry was quick and very helpful (possibly saving my retina).

Terribly disappointing experience. Makes you question integrity in the medical profession! Unsure what they optimized for, but, it feels like wanting to sell more pairs of glasses at their in-house opticians. I've worn glasses all my life for myopia and astigmatism. Have always been able to see OK near sight, far sight and reading with the same pair. Went to these guys and was prescribed separate ones for general use and for computer use. Since I've worn their prescribed glasses use glasses, I'm unable to read anything with it on, and have to remove them to read. This was despite telling them that I just need one pair and was perfectly OK with the same glasses before for both purposes.

Very clean and roomy offices. Good parking as well. Staff is very friendly and my doctor gave very good medical advice, I think. I appreciated that it felt like a doctor's office and not a retail establishment that happened to have an eye doctor present.

I had a very bad experience. Despite informing them that I wanted glasses not contact lenses, the doctor still included a contact lens description without discussing the price with me. Later, I was billed $128 for it, and when I raised my concern, I was told I have to pay for it. But later I found my other insurance actually covers contact lens exam. But the doctor didn't check for it and still charged me.

LOVE Dr. Webb. My boys and I have been seeing her for years and we just love her. My husband sees Dr. Segar and thinks he's great! We both have enjoyed the glasses selection - very modern and great styles. I do not have a narrow face and have always found amazing frames, so I'm not sure what the bad review was about there. I've always been helped promptly and the orders have always come in very quickly. My entire office sees to go to them and I've never had a word of complaint. Love this practice!!

I recently visited Dr Seger at Shoreline Optometry to start with contact lenses, and I had the best experience I could have hoped for. I was extremely anxious about contacts and putting anything in my eyes (even eye drops) and they took that into consideration, and saw me over multiple visits, making sure that I was comfortable at each step. Dr Seger and his staff are very experienced. They helped me understand what to look out for, when something didn't feel right, and when I wasn't able to put the contacts in the normal way, Dr Seger made some suggestions which made it so much easier - you can feel he truly knows what he's doing and loves to do it. I also had a minimal wait at most times. I have truly never had such an amazing experience at any doctor, and I will recommend Shoreline Optometry to everyone.
