Just had my Lasik done here, and wow--what a great experience! The team is super professional but also down-to-earth, answering all my questions like pros without making me feel like I was asking a million of them. They really cover all the bases, so you know you're in good hands. The place? Gorgeous inside--clean, comfy, and honestly, kind of fancy-feeling without the stuffy vibe. Plus, the staff are so friendly, it's like visiting your cool, helpful friends who happen to be eye experts. Big shoutout for helping me with the FSA reimbursement hustle. FYI, you can't just toss in a receipt--they have to provide an itemized statement from their accounting folks. Ask for it ahead of time, if you can! Oh, and if you're in Irvine or Orange, the location is super easy to get to--no wild freeway adventures required. If you want your eyes fixed with zero drama and a side of good vibes, this is the spot!

I had LASIK surgery a few days ago at Coastal Vision and it was an extremely positive experience. I was brought in right at my reporting time, barely had to wait at all. Everyone was extremely nice from the very start, from the front desk to the technicians. The optometrist I saw for my final checks, Dr. Do, was so kind and comforting. The counselor I had (I'm so mad that I forget her name, but she was a younger woman with glasses and dark brown hair), was SO sweet. She put me at ease a lot and explained everything to me in detail, and answered all of my questions. Dr. Marvasti came out to say hello before the surgery and to check on me. During the surgery, he walked me through every. single. step. The surgery itself was SO fast, but I knew what was happening the entire time, which made it SO much less stressful. The entire surgery team was super nice and congratulated me afterwards. Overall, it was a great experience with a procedure I was super anxious about. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Marvasti and the entire Coastal Vision team. I should also mention that my initial consult (way before my surgery) was also great.

Absolutely fantastic visit and thorough exam with Dr Stephanie and a quick visit from Dr Tran himself. I would highly recommend Coastal Vision MG every day of the week and 100X on Sunday. From the front desk to the prep/testing staff, they are all incredible. They are honestly the best in their field and I truly believe that you will not find anyone with their level of care for each and every one of their patients.

I have been very pleased going to Coastal Vision Medical Group over the last year starting with 2 cataract surgeries and all follow up visits. Dr Tran is excellent and friendly and the whole staff both in the Surgical center and his office in Orange is vey friendly and organized.

His case was very complicated due to a pre-existing eye condition, and we were understandably nervous. Dr. Betsy is not only compassionate and caring, but also a truly skillful and outstanding surgeon. She guided us through every step with warmth and professionalism, making us feel completely at ease. Her staff is equally amazing--professional, kind, and attentive. A special shoutout to her staff, Aaron, who made our pre-op appointment smooth and cheerful. The team is very friendly, professional, and informative. The doctors are very thorough and informative as to their procedures and expected results. They answer all questions in a simple explanation and friendly way.
