Nice, Cleaned & very well organized & great location. The front desk staff were excellent. The technician dealt professionally & the Dr. Kim listen & provides me the best options to treat my eye related issues like glaucoma & Cataract. She suggested the best Eye drops & how to use & when to use it. I will definitely recommend to my family & friends to this facility with any eye related issues. I saw Dr. Yoomtoob yesterday. He is the greatest and feel so confident with him doing my upcoming surgery. The staff was so pleasant, explained each step/test I had. Sabrina went step by step explaining what I would expect. Clean and well kept office rooms. The receptionist when I first arrived was very pleasant.

Terrible. I called to arrange for my records to be transferred from another eye specialists office. The person who answered the phone would not give me the e mail to have it sent to. She told me " I will give you my personal e mail that I use at this office" well, Cariend did not send the records to them, if they did they were never entered into my file.Cariend did send them to me though. Evelyn checked me in and suggested eye dilation. Who will drive me home, why was I not told to arrange a driver. My former eye dr always did. Time for the eye photos. Evelyn did not know how to operate the device, she got help from a man sitting at a table close by.Evelyn had to redo some photos. The chair was broken it would not slide forward and I had to strain to position my head on the device.Once in the final exam room I waited 20 minutes to see a doctor. The doctor spoke so fast it was hard to understand her. I did not get my questions answered to why I am having problems with my eyesight in my right eye. Here's the clincher.... they allowed a woman to wander around the examination area with her dog. When I asked the front desk why the response was " some people do that". Huh? This is a medical facility!!! The staff lacks training. This is the worst experience I ever had at a medical office. I was scheduled for another visit in 6 weeks but I will not return.

Everyone was so professional and kind. My appointment was at 4 o'clock. I came a few minutes early. Was seen by someone even before 4 o'clock. My normal doctor wasn't available so they gave me to Dr. Kim. She was very good and quick and knew exactly what she was doing. This is a wonderful place to feel well taken care of.

Everyone was very welcoming. My appointment was at 1:00. I was taken back shortly after arriving. I had my pretesting done and was ready for Dr. Kim. The visit was done efficiently everyone was kind and smiled like they enjoyed their job! It was a pleasure to be seen as as patient. Donna E. Young

Dr Yomtoob and staff without a doubt were the best experience I"ve had in any medical office visit ever!!! Was there to get a second opinion for cataract surgery and after a through exam was told I didn't need it and my vision would improve with dry eye drops. Another top cataract office in Irvine said I needed surgery but they treat patients like cattle, here Zara was amazing and answered all my questions patiently, and the surgery coordinator, Sabrina was very customer friendly and knowledgeable. Dr Yomtoob spent a lot of time with me, has a great personality, very friendly and real. He said my eyes were fine and not ready for surgery. The office is very large/ modern/clean and everyone there were so friendly and they all seem like they really love working there and you feel the customer is the most important person and not the purse. I highly recommend this office for vision correction.

Dr Yomtoob Is an incredible human and an excellent doctor. He is thorough and clear when he describes things calmly to you. My husband has gone to him for years, but now I am also. The lady at the front desk was busy, yet still incredibly pleasant as were the two staff members in the office who did the eyetest as well as the test on the nerves behind the eye! I highly recommend this place.

First time visit and everything went very smoothly. Got checked in and called back for preliminary exam quickly. Dr. Yomtoob came in shortly after to complete the exam and discuss my concerns. Very happy with the whole experience.
