I had a great experience with Dr. Vansuch. It's was fairly quick. They explained everything to me and had a nice variety of glasses and sunglasses to choose from. My whole family goes here u but this was my first time. Really good service!

Our family has been patients of Dr. Vansuch for over 20 years. He is absolutely wonderful, kind, professional, and exceptionally knowledgeable. His office staff is top notch and everyone in the office goes above and beyond to help with anything you need. I can't recommend Dr. Vansuch and his office staff enough! 10 's!

Dr. Van Such is very professional and has been in this field for many years. His guidance and access is spot on and quick. He is very personable and has a good grasp of many types of infectious eye diseases and has the resources and network to solidify a healthy vision in addition to ongoing treatment. I recommend him highly!

Everyone in the office was so nice. From the front desk to picking out glasses I was treated with respect and felt very taken care of. The doctor took her time and was very knowledgeable.

I had my appointment and asked if my insurance was verified since this was my first appointment with this new office. I must say I experience horrible customer service from the front office girl. I made my appointment and was told my insurance was not verified since the lady was not in the office but that they would have my insurance verified by the time I arrived to my appointment. They gave me every excuse possible that they did not verified my insurance, then that it would take them a long time to verify my insurance, then that the lady was not in, then that the lady was busy. The girl then came back and said you can wait 30 minutes since the insurance takes for ever to get in touch with. I explain to the front office girl I had submitted all my insurance information as requested 1 week prior she said I could leave so I walked out after all the excuses given to me and how rude she waa. I called my insurance for a list of doctors and I got in touch with my insurance in 4 minutes and verified my coverage availability and got a new list of doctors. I cant review the doctor or prices since I never made it past the waiting room after 25 minutes. I see good reviews but if this is how they treat new patients I dont recommend them. Horrible service from the front office girl who said its ok you can leave. I guess they dont need new customers.

I recently visited this office because my parents are new patients. The person at the front desk was very kind and provided excellent customer service. I spoke with Tom, the optician, while helping my parents choose their glasses. He is very knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor. I can definitely say we had a wonderful visit and are excited to come back!

The staff was great. The Dr. Vansuch was very attentive to my concerns and gave great feedback and answers to my questions. They had great options for eyewear and worked on finding what I was looking for in a pair of glasses. Highly recommend their services.

Everyone was so nice and helpful. The doctor told me everything she was doing while checking my eyes. I felt safe and comfortable. Highly recommended!!
