Dr Phan was efficient with the whole exam and I appreciate with the patient care - she followed up and gave a call letting me know she compared my scan from my last visit that there was no concern. Long time patient of Focal Point Optometry of Orange. This time it is a totally new staff. It did not matter. They were friendly and welcoming all the same. Dr Phan, Thu is the consummate professional. She is knowledgeable and personable. She took her time talking to me; encouraging me to ask questions. She was very informative about my eye issues and what I can do to protect them. The staff; Juan, Johnny and Ryan were just as helpful and knowledgeable in their respective roles. I walked away feeling like I made informed decisions and was properly cared for like I was the only patient in that office. To be honest, I've been dragging my feet to get new glasses. I'm glad I made the appointment. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
