Oroville Hospital Walk In Clinic

I have been coming to this urgent care due to it being fast and how good they are here but today I came cuz I can't swallow.. Im waiting in a room a doctor comes in and starts being so rude I've never been treated so low in my life I don't ever post reviews this is actually my first but I thought maybe she will see this and treat people better. Anyway she walks in and says what do you mean you can't swallow not hi I'm Dr so and so what's going on today no she barges in my room and looks at me and says what do you mean you can't swallow like I'm retarted and I'm looking at her in tears I literally left crying I asked for her name she said her name was Debbie at first she asked WHY with so much attitude And I let her know to leave a review. I really hope you have a good day and I hope you don't treat your co workers the way you treat your patients cuz they have to deal with you all day. I do want to give a huge thank you to the guy nurse with glasses I should have got his name for making me feel better amazing and how sweet he was how explained what he was doing and what the next step was I was literally in tears and he had me giggling thank you

Friendly and professional staff. Fairly quick service even though it's the middle of flu season.

Truly recommend. First time using this place at 2 pm today on Sunday, home by 3:15. Impressive length of visit time, right? The staff was friendly and listened well. Really liked Shannon, the lady doc that saw me. I have kidney stone disease for many years so I know my body, they understood this! Dipped my urine, shared results thoroughly, rxed me the antibiotic I requested just in case, wrote me off work so I can pass this stone. I used them because they were open on weekends and had 4.9 Google review rating (well deserved in my opinion).

Treated well by staff, got the diagnosis and treatment I expected , so mostly positive review. My only bad vibe was the water fountain. It was absolutely filthy. Everything else was clean, but not the drinking fountain.

I had been suffering from an ear infection for about a week and yesterday afternoon decided I needed to get professional care. So on a Sunday afternoon Oroville Hospital Walk-in Clinic saw me without a long wait. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. I highly recommend this clinic.

Hottest day of this year and feeling awful with fever, office has A/C but not their waiting room! I left, will drive to Roseville and get a real Dr and professional office staff! Had to be 85-90* in the waiting room this afternoon, feel hotter when you have a fever! Min office visit was $118.00, WOW! Oroville has the bottom of the barrel medical care the worst I've ever been too! I will continue to go down to SM County for professional care from top notch doctors and dentists

Best clinic/ doctors visit I've ever had. We were in and out in less than 20 minutes. The doctor treated my son with so much care and kindness.

It has been sometime since I've needed the services of this urgent care facility but I have been there several times and on every visit they have treated me with respect and not questioned my symptoms... We all know that happens sometimes especially if you're female but I had excellent care and I got the referrals I needed to do additional services there's an eye doctor at this location as well Dr. Phung and she is excellent
