Its a very high tech facility, with well trained staff in every position giving personal attention to each patient. Customer service was very good. I only give four stars because as a cash pay my money is important on how I spend it on medical issues. I only needed the referral as all the tests and the results and plan were set back in Feb 2025. Nothing had changed. I just didn't get around to calling the referrals at that time. I realize when u have insurance and u feel like u r not paying for the visit and tests people don't care. I do. I guess I've gotten to the crotchety old person stage of my life, but I'm used to doing things simpler instead of jumping thru hoops

Very good experience, all the workers were very kind and knew their business. One not to Dr. Hamar. The Restasis was shipped out withing 12 hours and they were trying to soak me for $819.00 for three months. It will have to be returned. We will look at alternatives next visit.
