Prior to making an appointment the staff told me that they accepted my insurance. When I went they charged me my deductible. I then got a bill for the full amount in the mail. The office manager, Karen Rocchi, was rude and then forwarded me to collections. That was also illegal as it was less than a year. Avoid this business at all costs as this manager is unfair and immoral for telling people they accept their insurance only to charge you the full amount.
