Booked an appointment thinking this was going to be a professional drs office visit. It was the complete opposite. The manager helped me out with my sale and we didn't even sit down to discuss my glasses. He had me standing throughout the process. He began to help others before finishing up my order. He then asked another associate to take over my order after waiting. She was very knowledgable. She was able to help me get what i needed. His service was no good at all and is no good to any of the associates there is what i witnessed. I would definitely not go here

I found this place in Palm Springs thanks to a recommendation, and I can't be thankful enough. Great prices in frames and lenses including eye exam (specially if you don't have eye insurance) Also for kids under 13 they add polycarbonate lenses for FREE! At the office, La'Sane is the best! He gives tbe best customer service experience. He has been working there for a few months but seems very knowledgeable and also friendly! Very happy for the glasses I got for my teenager daughter (out-of-pocket) and for myself (with insurance).

I just have to say I came in for an adjustment to some additional glasses i got way back after the manager said it'd be no problem and I just have to say that guy is a beast. He was alone with the no help and still was able to help out a PACKED room of customers. not to mention answering the phones and keeping a consistent pace to ensure we were taken care of. SHOUT OUT TO LASANE!! if you want an office who really puts the BEST in americas best go to the lasane & the rest of the palm springs team!!

Eye doctors are very professional. Reception desk that answers the phone is a different story. On hold for 25 minutes. Traveling and in Puerto Rico needing my prescription since I am not home. She refused to email, text and said cannot do so but offered to mail it to me after I already told her I am traveling for a while and not home. She advised had to check her supervisor that never picked up my call. Poor customer service.
Regular customer but changing that to another eye service.

I get all my glasses from America's Best Eyeglasses. They do a great job. Especially Valeria. She was so wonderful and attentive. I had broken my glasses and she was quick at replacing them at no charge. She said they were still under warranty. That made my day. I didn't even know I had insurance on my glasses. Valeria is the best! I always get my glasses at America's Best.

I went here for yearly exam. Price was very reasonable. I got the new magnetic frames along with 3 or 4 different frame covers. They are awesome my glasses match my outfits. The staff is friendly. I would stop here if your looking for quality and good pricing.

if I could give this no stars I would! I came in inquiring about glasses and felt uncomfortable do to the managers attitude, seemed as if he just wanted us to leave. How can an establishment calling themselves "americas best" have a manager that dresses with stained clothes, having slipper/croc shoes on and with inappropriate leggings/ clothing under that shows and have such a nasty attitude with their clients! I will never again step foot in here and I wouldnt waste your time too if I were you.
