I had a great experience at this clinic from start to finish. The exam was thorough but never rushed, and everything was explained clearly along the way. Dr. Horton is knowledgeable, warm, and easy to talk to. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I felt comfortable with everything we discussed. You can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does and truly cares about his patients. The staff were welcoming and professional, and the whole visit felt smooth and well organized. Highly recommend.

Cannot be more THANKFUL for the amazing experience with Cynthia Flores in Palm Springs. I was Extremely worried because of the previous experiences I had with other offices however from start to finish I cannot express my gratitude for how Patient, Understanding and Helpful Cynthia was. With my extremely Busy work life, it limits me from taking care of these things however she was able to SMOOTHLY take care of all my needs and get my Glasses and Contacts in a timely manner. I absolutely loved how I was able to Text her Via there Chat because it made it much easier. Now I know why my brother and sister go to her for all there needs! I had an great experience at this eye doctor's office from start to finish. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and very professional. The visit was quick. The doctor was thorough, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly without rushin. The exams was smooth and efficient, the office was clean and well-organized. I truly appreciate the level of care and attention I received. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, compassionate, and trustworthy eye doctors. Doctors are there virtually but work the exam machines themselves.. pretty impressive!

The check-in, pre-test, and glasses fitting staff were all friendly and professional. Dr. Horton was especially great! I brought my nonverbal autistic son with me to my exam, and he kindly offered to exam him at a later date. He assured me they could accommodate his special needs, and the staff would be more than happy to help during his future visit. Such a great experience at CV Optometry in Palm Springs!

I had such a great experience at Coachella Valley Optometry! From the moment I walked in, everyone was extremely nice, friendly, and welcoming. The staff is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. The entire visit was smooth, professional, and honestly one of the best optometry experiences I've had. Highly recommend this place!

I'm not sure how they got all these 5 star reviews. Maybe my experience was a one off. Dr. Horton was fine, pleasant and took his time. The office staff is unorganized and drops the ball. I started the process of 10/22 and got the lenses January 5. Absolutely no sense of urgency even though they dropped the ball. The phone system for appointments is ridiculous. You need an appointment for everything including picking up contact lenses which I consider a retail transaction. And that means you have to use the phone system or book on their Website, which is not much more convenient than the phone system. Convenience is advertised at every turn but I think it means what's convenient for them and not the consumer. It cost $1,682 for contacts and eye examination. I didn't mind the cost, I just didn't like the experience.
