Love Dr Abraham and staff! I usually go to the La Quinta office but yesterday I had to go to the Palm Springs office. Everyone was very friendly and professional. The office was very nice and calm. Dr Abraham always listens to my concerns and helps me understand my issues, treatment plan and follow-up. Thank you!

I had a typical eye examination appointment and showed up 10 minutes early. The was able to be seen 10 minutes after my scheduled time, so the wait wasn't overly long. Once I was taken into the examination room the process was succinct and professional. The entire staff were friendly and helpful. I've been visiting this office for about 10 years and although there were many changes over the years the office is reliable and professional.

I recently moved and had to find a new optometrist for my regular eye exam. Milkausa Eye Institute was on my insurance. I was very pleased with the office staff, Priscilla, who assisted with preparation for my exam, and Dr. Alsafi. I have worn glasses & contact lenses for over 50 years, and have had multiple eye surgeries. Dr. Alsafi was knowledgeable, pleasant & conducted a thorough examination. He gave me reasonable recommendations for my continuing eye care and provided additional resources to improve the comfort of my eyes, which were showing indications of needing more moisture since my move to the desert. I then went to the opticians desk to select a new glasses, always something I hate doing. The optician was very helpful assisting me in selecting the proper frames and helped me find the best fit and look. I'm extremely pleased with my new eye care team & highly recommend Milkausa Eye Institute Palm Springs.

Great staff and service. Pleasant and got the job done. The only reason why I did not give them 5 stars was because my appointment was at 4pm and they made me wait 30 minutes. They either had patients get ahead of me or the Dr. was way behind. He did really care and looked like rolled out bed and was like 100 year old chinese guy. Did not like going to reception and asking when was I going to get called next.

I think the doctors are excellent. However, most of the staff seem indifferent and bored. They are not exactly discourteous, but they seem like they would be somewhere else doing almost anything else but dealing with you. It is not a pleasure to interact with the staff.

I got something in my eyelid while traveling. They took me same day, though I am not local to the area. Plus my insurance covered it. They examined me thoroughly and determined what happened. Then they gave me a protocol to follow and send me to the pharmacy. Everyone was so kind and sincerely interested. Plus Dr. Yoh has a good sense of humor, he helped me laugh despite me being anxious.
