America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

I came from San Diego and David took amazing care of me. I needed some replacements and they were quick friendly and attentive. I really love this company, I received the same type of service from the Broadway Chula Vista branch. It's really nice to go to a completely different city and get the same love and respect. I really feel like I'm part of a family where they take really good care of me. I actually used to go to a smaller eye Care center were they knew my name and for a big corporate Branch to still treat me the same and take care of me so well is really appreciated.

Americas Best in Pasadena offers excellent customer service. I walked in with a pair of glasses that needed repairs and the gentleman who works there was to quick to help me. In 10 minutes I was out the door with my glasses fixed! have been a patient at that location for several years and find the eye doctors competent and professional. It is also easy to get an appointment and I've never had to wait more than a few minutes. Highly recommend!

My glasses dropped in the oven as I was taking something out and I took them to my eye care center (America's Best) to see if they could put my lenses into a new frame. As I'm looking for new frames in the wall the tech took my glasses, fitted the lenses into a new frame and handed them to me! WOW! That was so unexpected! I'm already a customer for life and now I'm sharing my experience here! Highly recommended!!

A very nice gentleman adjusted my Ray Ban sunglasses today. He was very helpful and did a great job. Highly recommended!

I had an exceptional experience at America's Best in Pasadena thanks to Robert, the manager. I had purchased lenses for an existing frame, which unfortunately developed a crack in less than a year. Robert agreed to have the lenses redone for a nominal fee--already impressive--but the extraordinary service didn't stop there. Since the frame had to be sent out for the new lenses, I would have been without my glasses for approximately two weeks. Robert went above and beyond by taking the damaged lenses and expertly fitting them into one of the frames he had in storage. He even ground down the lenses so they fit perfectly. America's Best is fortunate to have such a dedicated and skilled employee. Robert's professionalism, creativity, and customer-first approach are truly remarkable. The facility was clean. Everyone I spoke to there was knowledgeable and friendly. David was the gentleman who helped me pick my glasses he was the best! 10/10 would recommend.

Salpi was so helpful and such a wonderful interaction. Deya was awesome as well. I love getting my glasses here and recommend buying two pairs at once.
