I just had my visit with Dr. Khamechian yesterday and I felt truly relieved and at peace after my visit. I had been having issues with my right eye for about 2 months and I was grateful that Tricia from his office was able to get me in. They are always fully booked. Dr. Khamechian is a very professional, knowledgeable and compassionate eye doctor and I truly respect and admire him! He is very thorough, courteous and he explains every detail and responds to questions and concerns clearly and thoroughly. The staff at the office especially Tricia who also took my exams are very efficient and professional. I would rate Dr. Khamechian and this practice with 20 stars if I can! Im truly grateful I came to him for my diabetic eye concerns and health!!! Excellent job! Truly commendable!

Excellent experience. Everyone was friendly, efficient and capable. The doctor I saw had a great manner, listened very carefully and explained everything in layman's terms that were clear and easy to understand. They recognized the urgency of my situation, responded accordingly and provided an excellent solution and outcome.

The staff and the doctor are super nice, gentle with everyone, and always smiling. this make a customer feel good to be there and not like other doctors that have a negative way of dealing with patients. Dr. Long is very exeptional regaring his treatment and has helped me with my dry eye condition. thank you all

Dr. Arbi Khemichian is the most thorough othomologist and takes the time to explain everything, even when you can see the office is busy, he makes sure all your questions have been answered. He makes you feel important and is one of the nicest, most caring doctors you will meet. He is amazing, professional, and I would recommend him to anyone! His staff is always helpful, courteous and friendly. Five stars

I had cataract surgery with Pasadena Eye Medical Group in 2022. Dr. Vicky Pai is my doctor. I saw her recently for my yearly checkup. She's professional. Her exams are thorough as well as her explanations. I feel comfortable with her and trust her recommendations.

Five star to Dr. Khemichian,i had a great experience He took the time to explain everything clearly, including my diagnosis and treatment plan, and made sure all my questions were answered. I truly appreciated his professionalism and knowledge, and I'm very glad I was referred to him. The only downside was the wait time. My appointment was scheduled for 9:45 AM, but I wasn't seen until 11:00 AM.

I underwent cataract surgery at this facility in April 2025. This visit marked my follow-up post surgery appointment. My wife has also made several visits to this location, so we are both familiar with the facility and its operations. At 68 years old, I understand the importance of customer respect and honesty--values that I believe are essential for any professional and reputable business, especially in the medical field where trust is paramount. For my six-month follow-up appointment, scheduled for December 4, 2025, I received two confirmation text messages and responded to confirm my attendance. I work in Upland, CA, and reside in Glendora, CA. On the day of the appointment, my wife and I drove 32 miles along the 210 Freeway around 2 PM to reach the facility. After the visit, we anticipated a challenging drive back home, as the 210 Freeway becomes heavily congested after 3 PM. Upon our arrival, the front office staff informed us that the doctor was not available. This statement surprised me, as I had not received any cancellation texts--only confirmations. I showed my phone to the receptionist to demonstrate that I had not received any message other than the confirmations. There were four employees at the front desk who, after discussing among themselves, admitted they had forgotten to notify me. This situation understandably made me upset, and I raised my voice in frustration. The staff then informed me that the doctor was indeed present and would see me. When I questioned why they initially said the doctor was unavailable, all four denied making that statement, which made me feel as though they were mocking me. After my appointment, I asked if they could validate my parking, since this was a follow-up visit after surgery and it was already around 4 PM. The staff informed me they could not validate parking, and I was required to pay an $80.00 co-payment. One of the employees responded to me in an aggressive tone, stating, "I won't argue with you--you have to pay." As I was leaving, one of the staff members waved her hand and loudly said, "BY _ BY _ BY. To add, my wife also encountered the same aggressive behavior from front office in her last visit in October and complained it to the Office Manager. Based on these experiences, I sincerely hope the administration considers hiring more professional front office staff or at least provides training on how to treat people with respect. My wife and I felt disrespected. This is worst front office staff I dealt with . other wise I am very happy with surgery .
