I had a really nice visit. The staff was kind, patient, and accommodating. They offer a great variety of glasses and brands, but what stood out most to me was the support I received especially since it was my first time getting contact lens. They took the time to make sure everything fit and that I felt completely comfortable with my choice. I truly felt cared for and supported. Highly recommend!

Dr. Kao is amazing. She was incredibly patient with me as she worked tirelessly to get my contact lens prescription just right. I have a tricky eye condition and was sent to Dr. Kao by an ophthalmologist who threw up his hands and said, "I can't help you, but I know who can." He was right. I've since taken my 9-year-old son to Dr. Kao for eye exam and glasses. She is wonderfully engaging with children and takes the time to get their prescription just right as well. Highly recommend.

Dr Tran is so lovely you feel like you're talking to a friend. She has a wonderful bedside manner and appreciate her explaining everything to me in a way I can understand. I even heard her talking to an older woman on the phone for an emergency and she was so calm and helpful. Love this office. The staff are all so kind.

Dr. Habibi was very thorough in my new patient appointment, went through all my imaging and discussed everything with me. I tried contacts for astigmatism for the first time ever (I'm right on the cusp of having astigmatism and before I didn't mess with it) and she made sure everything fit appropriately and we had to try a couple of brands to make sure the astigmatism lenses dropped into place nicely. The optician I worked with was wonderful and patient as well. I tried on tons of frames and had to text selfies to my council of advisors to get the seal of approval and she was wonderful throughout it all. highly recommend this office!

I wanted to share some feedback about my visits to this clinic. During my first appointment with Dr. Jacqueline Kao Wu, I left feeling uncomfortable. Her tone often felt condescending, and her demeanor such as certain facial expressions and the way she looked at me made me uneasy. At one point, I gave a compliment to see how she would respond, and her demeanor noticeably changed. My glasses from that visit also didn't feel quite right. I do wonder if part of the experience was because the visit was complimentary. For my second visit, I'd asked the front desk if I could see another professional. On the subsequent visit with Dr. Grace Tran Chi this time, she provided a more comfortable experience. She answered my questions and treated us professionally. The front desk staff were consistently helpful too.

First I want to mention, I drive an hour to see these doctors. Yes, they are that good!! Am grateful for the care & expertise of Dr. Tran & Dr. Habibi. Top of the line eye professionals using state of the art screening technology. I always feel confident in the result of my exam & my vision. The Optician team is always best in class. Jessica strives for precise measurements when fitting my progressive lenses. And Evet selected a dozen frames to fit my small face/nose/bridge. I had a hard time deciding which to choose as they were all great options within my budget (less than $500) total frame & progressive lenses.

I love Dr. Wu so much! She does not rush me at all and truly takes her time to not only help me with my vision but build a relationship with me. I have "doctor anxiety" but being around her and in this office I feel so safe.
