Dr. Lam and his team are the best. He's very thorough during his exams and takes the time to educate you on the process every step of the way. They use top notch equipment in a clean, comfortable setting, and I've never had to wait a long time to see the doctor. His team is great as well. Never pushy (you won't get pressured to make purchase decisions on the spot), and they'll release your exam results right after your appointment. Bonus points for the easy (and free) parking in that busy part of town. Highly recommended.

Everything from start to finish was wonderful. I was pleasantly greeted by a friendly and well informed associate. He explained the forms and process of the appointment. I did not catch his name, but both associates that were working were 10/10. Dr Lam was so friendly and explained all the machines used for the exam and the process. If anyone has a fear of the optometrist, Dr Lim's demeanor will ease any anxiety and you will be given the best treatment. I appreciated how he explained everything. I will be back and I will recommend this LensCrafters.

No one was pushy and trying to contansantly upsell on items, like some places do. Quite the contrary, the staff was friendly and very informative when I had questions. I've been coming to this Lenscrafters with Dr. Lam for years and his customer service and professionalism is consistently at 100%. I've never felt like a burden being there (which is common in SoCal). Anytime I have a question, Dr. Lam is enthusiastic about answering, often providing more interesting details, showing reference images online, etc. There aren't many healthcare providers in SoCal, in my experience, who operate on this level these days.
