I had a great experience at Pasadena Eyecare Optometry. All of the staff were knowledgeable and helpful. Dr. Mike Wong really listened to my concerns and answered my questions thoroughly. They have a great selection of frames that I feel are fairly priced. I will definitely be returning!

Came in hoping to browse their frames and was turned away because I didn't have an appointment. I found it strange that I wasn't even allowed to look without a staff member present. I've been driving all around the area over the past week and visited multiple Optometrist and Eye Care Centers, and not one of them had this restriction. Being unable to casually browse feels like a very unfriendly and outdated policy. Overall, a disappointing experience.

Had a really great experience at this office from beginning to end. Didn't have to wait any longer to be seen than it took to complete my intake forms. The doctor was thorough and explained everything really well after the exam. The staff were also very helpful; they had a great selection of frames within my eye insurance allowance and helped me pick out a pair that suits me. Would recommend!

Love going here, both doctors answer my questions and make me feel comfortable whenever I have concerns. I like how honest and straightforward the staff is here.

The staff at this place are amazing! I ordered new frames but when they didn't fit me, they allowed me to bring my own frames and fit my new lenses into them at no extra charge. Thank you for being so sweet and accommodating in these hard times!

Cannot say enough good things about Dr. Grace, I've changed jobs/insurances in the past couple of years, resulting in my health insurance not covering my visits to her, so I've been paying out of pocket with my health savings account just to continue seeing her because she's that amazing. I've been going to her for my annual routine glasses/contacts fitting, but recently I've noticed a tiny dot in my iris when I woke up one morning. Initially I dismissed it as debris, but I figured it was better to be safe than sorry so I called the office to see if Dr. Grace could see me asap. I spoke to Sonia on the phone who listened to me describe my situation and she immediately squeezed me in for the next morning. I was so relieved that I didn't have to spend the whole weekend worrying about it! Sonia confirmed with me that I did not have insurance to cover the visit and that I would be paying out of pocket, so she told me approximately what the cost of the visit would be. I really appreciated her being transparent with the cost so I could know what to expect and also doing her best to fit me into their busy Saturday schedule. Dr. Grace saw me first thing the next morning, and she diagnosed me with a cornea ulcer (gasp). She immediately prescribed me some medication and even gave me some great samples for maintaining the health of my eyes since I am prone to very itchy eyes. I recommend Dr. Grace to everyone I possibly can because she's just that great, I hope I never have to find another optometrist!
