Warby Parker Pasadena

I want to take this opportunity to highlight WP reps, Emma and Wesley, and their level of attentiveness and competence. Their exceptional skill-set turned what could have been a drawn-out visit into a standout experience. Emma and Wesley are the reason I continue to visit the Pasadena location rather than the Glendale store. Emma is an exceptional professional and a true expert. I am always excited when she is there, as she consistently goes above and beyond my expectations and makes the entire experience feel thoughtful, personal, and easy. On 1/18/2026, Wesley immediately approached me to offer support and was professional, kind, and impressively efficient throughout the entire experience. He worked seamlessly to ensure everything was handled quickly and correctly, and I genuinely felt taken care of. Together, this team sets a very high standard for customer service.

I was treated with the most professional and friendliest staff ever! Everyone greets you with a smile and they attend to your needs. The girl who helped me pick out my glasses was very attentive and listened to what I liked and didn't like... I wish I could remember her name but she has like bob length blonde hair and she wore the Aviator style glasses

Very nice experience from start to finish. Pleasant staff meeting upon arrival. I was seen instantly for my eye exam appointment. Really nice and patient doctor. There was also a nice selection of glasses. Warby Parker really is a modern and fast optical experience!

After hearing great reviews about their online store throughout the years, I was excited to come in to try on some glasses today. Unfortunately for me, I was never approached for help nor did I receive a greeting. Mind you, the store was quite empty. After a while I went up to someone to ask if they had a specific pair and left empty handed not even wanting to purchase or try on anything. Customer service/atmosphere needs help!

Great experience during my visit. The optometrist was super thorough and answered all of my questions. The person that helped me with selecting my frames was extremely helpful, patient and friendly. I'll definitely go back!

Very attentive staff who helped me immediately on my walking in the store. They answered all my questions and booked me for an eye exam on the spot. That eye exam was also top-notch, with the optometrist spending a great deal of time to discuss my special vision needs and ensuring I got the right prescription (and diagnosed a vision health issue). I was then able to take that prescription and order new computer glasses - and I'll be back this week to order prescription sunglasses.

The employee that helped me was super knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient!! Knew exactly what I wanted and went above and beyond! I've already recommended the store experience after being an online customer for over a decade. Wondrous.

This is long overdue but I wanted to thank Athena for taking such great care of my mother during her visit to your store. My mother, a Spanish speaker, went into Warby for an eye exam and new glasses and was promptly cared for by your manager Athena. She helped book her exam and even helped with translating through the entire process, she went above and beyond what we would have expected. Thank you for being so warm, patient and kind, we need more people like you in this world.
