Saved my vacation! I lost a contact and could not see. Called up and they offered to have me come right in to offer what help they could. Net-net was that an hour later I walked out with a replacement lens for a nominal fee. Service was above and beyond. Highly recommend this office. thanks for helping me out in a pinch!

A screw fell out of my glasses while on vacation. They were friendly, fixed it quickly, and refused to charge me. A wonderful experience!

I had to find a new optometrist due to insurance and location change, so I chose this doctor. Also, they were able to get me sooner than some other places I called. (Only a 3 week wait as a new patient here, while others couldn't get me in for 2 months!) The ladies at the front desk were very nice and helpful. They also have machine that performs the test that usually needs your pupils dilated, so I was very happy not to look like a crazy person with giant pupils. That was a HUGE plus. I did have to wait a little longer than my scheduled appointment time to see the doctor, but I promise it's for a good reason! Dr. Blaurock spends so much time with his patients! He listened to all my needs and questions and took care of the problems I'd been having. He wrote me a prescription for a med to help my incessant, watery eyes and listened to me when I told him how my last eye doctor tried significantly dropping my contact prescription after having the same rx for 15 years (and I couldn't see afterwards). The exam was smooth, and I got the lenses I needed. He went over with me (thoroughly) the different contact lenses available as well as the benefits of each. He also gave me some home remedies to take care of my watery eyes. He's got a great personality and sense of humor. He's got a lot of personal experience with the various contact lenses and glasses, so he helped find the best ones for me. He also didn't scold me for wearing my lenses a little longer than recommended. He understands how some of us need to save money, and with proper care, we can extend the life of our contacts. They have a great lens selection to choose from. I'm super excited for my new glasses to come in! So I highly recommend this optometry clinic! Every part of my experience was positive, even going beyond my expectations. For those on IEHP/Medi-cal, they do accept that insurance.
