I had cataract surgery last year. I chose Milauskas Eye Institute because of their reputation in the community. I was told by my surgeon that I could choose the lenses I want if I pay for them. She explained the difference in the 3 option she gave me. I picked the ones I was told I would not see any glare or halos at night. The Doctor was wrong and would never admit it. I put on a credit card $8000 and I see glare and halos at night. For the past year I have done everything the doctor has told me to do to try to fix the problem to no avail, and a lot of expense to me. I still see glare and halos. I've asked them for help and my $8000 back and have been told, "No!" I'm so disappointed in this institution that I trusted to take care of my eyes. I am here to worn anybody who is naive like me and thinking this is a reputable eye institution. Stay away. Seek another ophthalmology group because they clearly don't care and only care about the $

Regardless of your appointment time, expect to wait at least 30 minutes. If you place an order for glasses or contacts, follow up with them, don't wait for a call. They don't leave voicemails and don't follow through.
