I had the absolute best experience at Redwood City Optometry with Dr. Adam Carcamo! From start to finish, everything was so easy and smooth. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They were very honest and transparent about what my insurance covered, which I truly appreciated--no confusion, no pressure, just clarity. Dr. Carcamo was amazing--super kind, patient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to educate me, answered all my questions, and helped me choose the best option for my vision and needs. I felt heard, cared for, and completely comfortable throughout my visit. This was my first time here, and I can confidently say I'll be a forever client. Highly recommend to anyone looking for excellent care and a wonderful overall experience!

I stopped by for an adjustment and was met by a team that was both knowledgeable and genuinely friendly. The level of customer service was excellent- efficient and welcoming from start to finish. Their pricing is also very reasonable. Highly recommended!

The people who work in reception are super kind and friendly especially Alexandra and Jeff, unfortunately I didn't have the opportunity to talk with the other lady who also works in that area but I want to assume that she is the same as Jeff and Alexandra. With regard to Dr. Carcamo, the attention he provides is another level, he is so kind, so professional he has an exceptional treatment to patients. From now on he will be my eye professional. Congratulations Dr. Carcamo for being a person with so much humanity and congratulations for having the people who work for you and show the face of the office.

This was my first time at this optometrist recommended by my insurance, and it was very easy to get a fast appointment. The staff and doctor are pleasant and helpful and patient. I really appreciated all the above. I will be going there next year too! I do recommend this office. I had the glasses made at Costco and they didn't feel right so I was able to return to Dr. Adam for free recheck 2 months later; he did a really comprehensive careful recheck. it turned out my prescription was fine but the frames were too short and the line between distance and and near vision on my progressives should have been markef differently at Costco. Nobody's fault. Just learning curve on my part. And I greatly appreciated the wonderful kindness by all the staff at this optometrist office.

I came in to fill my prescription for glasses. I was greeted immediately by staff. The optician who helped me was very attentive, friendly, and professional. I had a great experience and look forward to picking up my new eyewear!

My visit to the office was pleasant, staff was respectful and helpful. I've been there before but because of location I tried another optometrist, it cost a little less, I think I can't remember, but My prescription wasn't correct and any money spent was a waste. I'll be sure to visit the Redwood City office the next time I need my eyes checked. Lesson learned.

First impression with this lady Eye Doctor I didn't like her so much ,No personal hard feelings towards her, She is not friendly at all , unlike the last Eye Doctor I have, very nice warm friendly and helpful. This doctor is the opposite. I'm sorry but I'm just being very honestly brutal to give my personal opinion. But I don't have any Choice for another Eye Doctor , so I'm just gonna take her as my eye doctor for now . I know that she is very direct to the point that kind of Scary for as a New Patient. I asked important questions and she answered it frankly but with no compassion .So I'm hoping that I will not hear a very drastic Bad news about my eyes because of her findings, she's just doing her job . I'm so impressed by her Staff from the front desk , and to the rest of her Staff, very professional, very nice ,very friendly no compromises, very accommodating, above all very welcoming aside from they're very knowledgeable and as a professional office workers

I only rated a 3 because I went there for an eye exam and new glasses. I got the glasses and had to go back for an adjustment and it isn't any better. And it's only been 2 weeks and I can hardly see anything beyond 3 feet. So, yes, the prisciption is wrong
