Great visit to Vision one on Redwood Shores Parkway! My 5 year old felt safe and heard. They helped with insurance questions and gave each of us their full attention and cared about our vision needs. The optometrist was fabulous and their selection of frames was really good.

Dr. Chin is awesome. I've been coming to this location for several years and he's always been so patient and friendly, taking the time to explain all matters related to my eye health and vision. The male receptionist is also very friendly as well. I've had only positive experiences here.

Terrible customer service. Purchased a pair of Linberg glasses that cost over $800. Took 2 months to receive (sales person said 4 weeks). When I did receive them they were in an old / used / damaged Lindberg case. Lindberg glasses come in a Nice package like when you buy a new iPhone. Horrible customer service, horrible quality, never coming back.
Also, the employees do not maintain the store. Almost every display and surface is completely covered in dust with dirt on the floor and corners. Take pride in your business, and maybe sweep up on occasion.
