Cancelled a pre-op appointment without any notice. There were even messages from the night before asking to prepare for the appointment. This is just the most recent problem with this department starting from dropped appointments and delays in follow up. This is on behalf of a family member where I'm on a different system so I'm well aware of what a normal health system experience...
