The one star is only for the great clinical service of Dr. Scattini. The front desk helper, Kim, gave no instructions on the examination and appeared annoyed she had to do her job. Additionally, she overcharged me, AND it took two phone calls AND coming in to fix the overcharge. I only figured out they overcharged me because my husband had the same exact service and he paid $54 whereas I paid $254. Service is so slow and unhelpful. They also never emailed me my prescription.

I went to visit this office for a yearly checkup this month, and I was so pleased with my experience. Dr. Scattini was wonderful! Very kind and attentive, and helped share knowledge about my vision/general eye health. She helped explain everything thoroughly, and made me feel comfortable at the practice. Additionally, the staff were very helpful with scheduling my future appointments. Would definitely recommend!

Avoid this place at all costs. The front desk staff is extremely unreliable--constantly putting things off and ultimately forgetting what they're supposed to do. Make sure you personally confirm your order before leaving, because they won't. Very disappointing experience.

They were most helpful and compassionate when I went in for help in getting a replacement set of contacts. I was traveling from out of state when I lost my glasses and my extra contacts! I am blind without! They set me up with a comparable set since I have an unusual prescription to help me make it through the rest of my travel. Thank You! Thank You! I really recommend this place for your vision needs!

Julie is awesome, super patient and kind. Always giving me good advice about my eyes. We moved away but I do miss Julie. Cindy is also great. But I unfortunately encountered other staff who kept calling me blind in front of a lot of other patients and making a big scene about my prescription. Very unprofessional.

I dropped off my glasses for getting the lenses replaced and it's been over 7 weeks where they're saying it's still at the lab. Every time I call they tell me to call back the following week. I think they lost my glasses and I won't be coming back.

I visited recently to get a new pair of sunglasses as well as new everyday glasses, and I had such a great experience! The staff helped me select new glasses that fit my style and budget. Dr. Scattini was very nice and made me feel comfortable.
There is also a Kohl's next door which made the trip even more worth it. They were having a sale
