Haven't received my glasses yet even after 3weeks of ordering and every time asking about that, they don't have an ETA. Promised me to call back with what's going on with the glasses but no call came. Now all the calls going to voicemail but no response back. Such unprofessionalism.

I went yesterday as a first time patient. I was greeted warmly by Erica, the office manager. I was seen promptly by Dr. Kita. He answered my questions and taught me something new that no other optometrist ever told me. (It was that my right eye was dominant.) I wish I could give 10 stars to Erica. She was so patient with me as I shopped for glasses. She went WAY above and beyond my expectations by contacting the vendor where I had recently purchased glasses, waiting on hold for a long time, and working magic for me. Small office, but surprisingly a lot of great glasses to choose from.
