It was a great experience, we walked in, they left us alone to look around. We asked if we can see some products and they were happy to show us. Frankly the lead sales was very friendly and knowledgeable. The eye exam was easy especially with the friendly staff. I saw Dr. Ma and she was great. Then Carla helped us out on which glasses to pick and ran our insurance for coverage. She was great to work with and very friendly as well. I'll definitely be going back.

Awesome experience at the optometrist. Everyone here, from the front desk to sales associates and doctor were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. As a first time contact user they were so friendly and patient. Could not have asked for a better team to help my teenage daughter make the transition from glasses to contacts.

Very easy experience overall. Got a same-day appointment for a vision exam and Natalia did a great job of explaining the screening tests at the beginning of the appointment. Dr. Suljuki walked me through each step of the vision exam and while it was thorough, it didn't feel overly long or complicated. Connor helped me pick frames that fit my face and skin color well, along with explaining the various lens add-ons. I'll be coming back every year for my exam!

I hadn't been to the eye doctor in 2 years so I was long overdue! But came in and had a great experience. Efficient, quick and helpful. Loved how the doctor took the time to explain everything to me and walked me through my eye images. Looking forward to being back next year!

The Doc was great and very helpful. He listened to my problems and found a solution. Would highly recommend him. However the girl who initially greeted me had a slight attitude and wasn't willing to help give the $99.00 promised fee for vision exam over the phone. Once spoken to her she said the charge would be $124 and if I didn't like that I could go elsewhere. That's not great customer service. I should of asked to speak to manager but I didn't want to make a scene. All other employees were great, sincere, and helpful. One bad apple won't ruin the entire barrel, but that one should be removed and thrown out. She could of handled the situation with more patience and finding a solution like the AARP discount that brings the price to $94. I did my homework. This kind of information is helpful for patients and should be shared. I think that trainee needs better training at her job. Everyone else is topnotch at Lens Crafters. I will tell all my friends and family to come here but to beware of pricing and talk to manager before payment.

It was a little crazy today, quite busy which caused everybody who had an appointment to have to wait. The guy who helped me was named Jude, a very nice guy but a little overwhelmed I think. He was supposed to give me a copy of my prescriptions before I left and he did not. Could you have him mail those to me? Thank you, Michael Cawley.... Oh and by the way the optometrist was just lovely. So nice.

Once there, wait time usually short short, perfectly acceptable. Test technicians are friendly and professional.
