I went to NVISION Eye Center La Jolla for a cataract evaluation. I was impressed with the treatment I received. From start to finish all the staff I interacted with were friendly, efficient, communicative and skilled. The eye tests were done with care and precision. The consultations with the medical professionals were clear and detailed and my questions were answered knowledgeably. I left with an information pack covering everything I needed to know about the surgery process and a feeling of having had a very positive experience.

I recently got Lasik with Countoura last week and let me say, hallelujah! I have perfect vision and feel like I have a whole new lease on life. If you are considering lasik I cannot recommend NVision enough. From start to finish they made the process comfortable, they educated me well on the procedure, and from a cost standpoint it's worth every penny. Dr Parikh, and all of his supporting doctors and staff are amazing. The procedure itself was very quick and painless. Dr. Parikh talks you through the whole thing so you know what to expect. I could not believe how fast the rebound was either; after a full day of sleep I was already seeing perfectly and energized to enjoy my Saturday, 24 hours post surgery. Just follow the post surgery protocol, and you'll be living life with a whole new sense if clarity. Thank you Nvision!!

The free consultation was great. They spent a lot of time with me testing my eyesight, taking scans of my eyes, meeting with the surgeon who would potentially do the eye surgery and giving me my best options. Low pressure, not sales-y at all. They actually advised me to get the cheapest option and I went in thinking I was going to get the most expensive option. I left with a packet of information and they said to give them a call if and when I'm ready to schedule. Great office staff. I went to the La Jolla location.

The place was alive, it was vibrant. Lots of patience, coming in and out. They greet you when you come in. All the staff had smiles with great attitudes. The place was clean. Every person I dealt with from the front desk to the counselor to the optometrist and Richard who Reviewed the pricing, were wonderful. Even when I left, though it was busy, the front desk person took the time to say goodbye. I do recommend this business to anyone. Of course, when I am able to have this procedure, I Feel confident that it's going to be a great experience.

I had a fantastic experience here from start to finish.
What really made them stand out was how they handled an unexpected issue I had after my procedure.
About three weeks after my LASIK surgery, my right eye suddenly stopped seeing as clearly. I was worried, but Dr. Parikh, Dr. Varghese, and the team were on it right away. They spent a generous amount of time with me to identify the problem, made a plan, and made me feel confident. They were determined to get me to 20/20 vision and put in the extra work to make it happen.
The whole staff is wonderful. The front desk team is super friendly and efficient, and I never had to wait long. You can tell they all really care about their patients. If you're thinking about LASIK, this is the place to go.

The doctors and staff are nice. My issue is this office is way to busy and does not have enough staff to take care of the volume of patients they book. One appointment they called me and tried to cancel because they didn't have enough staff. They let me keep it bc I took off work already to go to the appointment. Another appointment I was waiting 40 minutes to see the doctor for a 5 minute 1 month post op check up and I arrived 10 minutes early to my appointment. They chose to have the doctor do a 45 minute lasik consult before me instead of doing the 5 minute appointment first. I know this because I heard the entire visit start to finish as it was next door to my room. They need to hire more people and stop overbooking patients, it is frustrating to wait for long periods of time.
