I've been to this place 3 times and have always left happy with the service. Once was with an eye infection. The doctor prescribed some steroid eye drops and antibiotics and I was better in a couple of days. This latest visit I was greeted and helped by Marisa. She took my insurance information and explained my benefits and choices to me and what the cost for me out of pocket would be for the lenses and frames that I needed. On my next visit, Marisa was a delight once again when I picked up my lenses and frames. I appreciate her service and attentiveness. Thank you, Marisa!

If we lived in San Diego this would be our optometrist of choice.
We were out on vacation and our daughter had a nosepad pop off her glasses. We were going to be tooling around town anyway in Ocean Beach.
They said they'd see what they could do, a couple minutes later, new pad, tightened the stems and cleaned. I asked what we owed and just a hand wave and a head shake "have a good trip" they said.
Wonderful experience that definitely seems to be lacking these days from most customer interactions.
