I had an amazing experience at San Diego LASIK Institute! All of the staff are so caring and made me feel comfortable during the entire experience. Dr Pham is an expert at what he does my procedure went so smoothly. Post lasik my life is forever changed going from -7.00 vision to now being able to wake up and see better than when I wore contacts. Thank you Dr Pham and everyone at San Diego lasik!

I had the best experience at the San Diego Lasik Institute. Every single person I met was extremely welcoming, kind, and knowledgeable. I was fairly nervous about the procedure but was consistently put at ease. Everything was clearly explained to me and my concerns taken seriously. The procedure went great and I now have 20/15 vision. I highly recommend anyone who is interested in LASIK to come here.

I had my LASIK procedure done at the San Diego LASIK Institute, and the entire experience was outstanding. Everyone on the staff was extremely nice and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. They explained everything clearly and really helped ease any nerves I had. One thing that really stood out was my initial consultation. My eye was a little swollen, and they couldn't get an accurate reading, so instead of rushing me through or trying to push the surgery, they told me to come back the following week to make sure I was truly a good candidate. That meant a lot, because most places probably would've just taken my money and moved forward. They took extra precautions and explained that the irritation was likely from wearing contacts a few days prior. Their honesty and caution showed that they genuinely care about their patients' safety and long-term results. Another thing that impressed me was the personal attention after the procedure. About 8 hours after my surgery, the actual surgeon called me personally to check in and make sure I was doing okay. That level of care is rare and really appreciated. I'm extremely satisfied with my results and my entire experience. I would absolutely recommend the San Diego LASIK Institute to anyone considering LASIK. They truly put their patients first.

I had LASIK surgery on Friday and couldn't be happier with my experience. From start to finish, I felt like I was in very good hands. Every person I interacted with, from the front desk to the assistant and doctor during surgery, was professional, kind, and took the time to clearly explain what to expect at each step. I was hesitant at first to undergo LASIK. However, when I decided to have a consultation at San Diego Lasik Institute, the staff were very accommodating and the information provided was thorough. From the welcoming front desk team to the eye doctors, everything went smoothly. They were easy to reach whenever I had any doubts or questions. My LASIK surgery was successful, and I now have 20/20 vision. The procedure didn't take long, and Dr. Pham was very calm and patient. I could tell that he's truly an expert in his field, which made me feel confident and at ease. Dr. Darrow and the rest of the staff were also very knowledgeable and explained everything I needed to know clearly. Overall, it was a great experience.

Love love love this place! Extremely thorough, patient, funny, knowledgeable, flexible. The pre op was great, the surgery was smooth and easy. The Drs and staff really take their time to make you comfy. The follow ups are so easy. I experienced an eye injury and they quickly fit me in to make sure everything checked out. Also there are snacks for days in this place. Don't even feel weird about eating them because the abundance in every room, they WANT you to snack! If you feel nervous about doing this these guys are the ones to help you feel so confident!

I would highly recommend this practice for those in the market for LASIK. The staff is very knowledgeable, welcoming, and comforting. Eden at the front desk couldn't be sweeter and Brandy was so kind and put me at ease with the whole process. Then Dr. Darrow is so friendly and takes her time answering/addressing ANY and ALL questions and concerns. And on procedure day Dr. Pham is so precise and involved he takes his time to make sure everything is perfect to set you up for the best possible vision in the end. I'm 12 days post procedure, I had a -5.75 and a -5.50 contact lense prescription, just got the all good to go from Dr. Darrow. I now, at this point, have 20/15 vision in both eyes and I'm still healing so things will only get crisper as time goes on. So exciting! Thank you SD LASIK Institute!
