My first visit. The store was clean and efficient. Both the front desk assistant (Ms. Opal) and Dr. Chiem were very friendly, professional and efficient all at the same time. I had all my questions answered, recommendations (without being wishy-washy) and efficient fulfillment of prescription - all in under an hour. Service prices were reasonable, and I guess the frames/glasses were also. Previously shopped at Costco Optical and Eye Exams of America. I like this location and doctor better.

When I called about an unexpected delay in the arrival of a contact lens order, their team (likely Armando) reached out to the supplier to get an updated and responded to me within an hour with a status update. He also went ahead and shipped me some trial lenses to use during my wait, which I found to be very nice and helpful. What I appreciated most was his efficiency and courteousness in answering my questions. I'd recommend seeing their Branch's optometrists and ordering your prescriptions from them for a stress-free experience!
