Winking Bee Optometry

This is a shout-out to Josh, the optician. I have a high prescription and was looking for ways to make my glasses feel lighter and explore alternative frames. Josh was very helpful. He adjusted my glasses so they're more comfortable and clearly explained how frame designs affect lens weight. He's also been patient and responsive over email.

We have been coming to Winking Bee since they opened and Dr. Lew is our favorite. She is great with our girls and us! And we have a soft spot for Josh as he is so patient with the girls when they get frustrated or can't make a decision on which frames work the best! All the staff is wonderful really - we can't say enough good things about Winking Bee ; )

Came for eye exam as new patient, feeling I need readers. The technician was great, quickly took me via 3-4 different tests in a well equipped room. I saw Juleanne Dino which did the eye exam, she was excellet, told me exactly what I need, was effective, friendly and clear. I recommend this location and Juleanne! Ha, the front desk staff was also great in person and on the phone. The only place that *answered my call* (as opposed to leave a message and either call me back or.. most places, didn't call me back). which is good to know when you decide who to build a relathionship with.

Just did the first eye exam for my 5 year old kid and he absolutely loves it! Took 45 minutes and the doctor and the nurse there has been super patient and nice and were able to get my little one through one after another machines, providing excellent service while keeping it fun. My kid says he want another exam soon!!!

Super friendly doctors and staff. Making appointments is easy and pre-appt communication is excellent. Doctors provide very thorough exams, use the latest and greatest technology, and take all the time needed to review results, discuss options, and answer all questions. Nice selection of frames and products as well.

Can't thank the staff at Winking Bee enough for making my visit smooth and they have the friendliest people helping you with your eye appointment. I would recommend them for just their attitude, but Dr. Liao also knows what she's doing and truly does care for her clients that come in. I highly recommend them to everyone.
