My experience were great with them, i have a lot of eye issues and they were really understanding and patient with me I had experiences in other eye doctors were they were a bit rude towards me but this target optical staff was really nice

I would give zero stars if I could. I went to Target Optical thinking that it would have quality and convenience. It had neither. I had multiple visits, they charged my insurance and me for things without telling me that some of the tests weren't covered. Then they threw out the lenses from my frames when I had new lenses put in. The problem was, the new lenses they made were so horrible that I can't use them, they made me physically ill, and the lenses were scratched. They re-made them with a new prescription, and well they were the same maybe even worse than the first set of lenses. And now I have no glasses, because my original lenses were thrown away. What is worse the staff refused to refund me the money I spent. Virginia was rude and Walter incompetent. DO NOT GO TO TARGET OPTICAL!!!!

Great eye exam BUT poor customer service. Sold some glasses that I realized that I don't need. I called within 2 hours of purchase to cancel since I realized I didn't need the glasses and was told by the person in the optical department that I could not cancel my order since they had already processed it. Seems ridiculous that I can't cancel an order that was just made and sent to the manufacturer (and takes 10 days to process). I had to call Target customer service to see if I could get it resolved. Target customer service stated that they had no insight to how Target optical operates so they couldn't help me. Overall, I am very disappointed with my experience and unfortunately will probably not be using this service again.
