I love this place the doctor and his staff were easy to work with and made me feel understood from the get go. This was my first pair of glasses as long as there here that's where I go. Billing medical was no problem, and I got my glasses back in a week. I can't see how it gets any easier than that.I will refer everyone here in the future.

DO NOT GO HERE. I should have initially trusted my gut when I walked in this place and left immediately. The place felt like a cave. The young man behind the counter would not leave me alone while I tried on glasses. When I found a pair I liked I purchased them and waited for close to a month for them to arrive. After the first couple of weeks I called to ask if this was normal and was told it was. I called my insurance and they told me it wasn't. When I asked the man at the store if he could call wherever they send them off to be made to ask about them he told me it wasn't possible (my insurance told me it was). To wrap it all up I purchased some sunglasses from Lens Crafters and had them fitted with prescription lenses. After a week I brought them back because they weren't feeling right. They tested them and my regular glasses and found that the prescription in my regular glasses was off. When I called A&L to tell them the young man's response was "I see"... I've since read the reviews on this place and wish I'd done this before going there. The glasses I have I've now compared to others and they are absolute garbage as far as quality goes. I'll be talking to my eye doc about what else I can do to prevent people from going here in the future.

Your child's glasses is sent to a prison to be made. I found this out after complaining about my gjassen not being sent to me for over a month. I was told they're sent to a special clinic. This is wrong folks if they're not itrusted to olive on the street don't give them my child's eyes.

This place is ran down with outdated equipment some of the lenses on the exam are to foggy from moisture too see through, he will tell you "no big deal" also an insane price on frames that look to be non current, I was told 2 weeks for my glasses and it has been a month and a half and still no glasses, I have been calling all the time and it seems of very little concern to them. I would also read yelp reviews.

It's been almost a year and I still haven't received my glasses yet
