Went In today to take my father. Whom they have been unprofessionally rescheduling his visits for the last couple of MONTHS. They decide to change his appointment from 10:45 to 9:30 and tell him he missed his appointment .. on THE DAY OF and proceed to tell him if he wants to be seen he will have to wait behind 4 people. Which means, they gave someone else his appointment and now has to wait 3-4 hours . I've never seen such an unprofessional manner of handling appointments. Unless you want your time wasted for weeks or months at a time by rescheduling you or canceling your appointments. I would HIGHLY recommend staying away from this place.
