From the moment I walked into LensCrafters, I received truly exceptional service. Erika took the time to listen to what I liked and didn't like, and effortlessly curated the perfect selection of frames for me. What I appreciated most was how seamless she made the entire experience. I initially came in for one pair, but her expertise and genuine enthusiasm convinced me to also get a beautiful pair of sunglasses, especially with the great promotion they currently have.
Tina, the store manager, was equally impressive. From the moment I arrived, she was attentive, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. She guided me through all of my questions about trying contact lenses for the first time and made sure I felt completely at ease throughout the process.
