She was honest with her opinions so we were quickly able to narrow the options down amongst the 3 of us And her bubbly sense of humor had my husband and me laughing in no time. Before meeting with the doctor, I was assisted by clinical specialist Natalie, who performed the pre-test portion of the exam. She was very informative, explaining what each machine was for and what to expect throughout the process. Her calm and friendly approach made me feel comfortable and confident in the care I was receiving. Later, she also helped me choose the perfect pair of frames. Natalie was extremely patient and honest, making sure the frames suited my face shape and personal style.
