The most professional yet personable optometry office I have been to. From the moment I made the same day appointment all the way until I left had been a great experience. I received a very warm welcome when I walked in from Jennifer who was very helpful throughout my appointment. Dr. Ly was very nice and thorough during my exam. I was seen right away. Office was very organized and clean. Walked away with a pair of prescription shades. Highly recommended.

I've been wearing glasses/contacts for about 30 years so I've visited my fair share of optometrists. Dr. Ly has by far been the most thorough. Not only is she concerned about her patients' vision, she also has the technology to take a picture of your eye and takes the time to discuss the health of your eyes and how it ties in with your overall health. You can tell she loves her job and genuinely cares for her patients. Her office is bright and clean and her staff is friendly and welcoming. I'm a patient for life!

They will help you to get what you need. Let's talk about the staffs. They are super patient, kind, and helpful. She fills you in with all the information you need to know and how to care for your eyes. She checks in to make sure you're getting better. I love coming into Bright View! I used to switch optometrists every year until I came here. Dr. Ly and her staff are professional, respectful and kind. Jennifer is the best and always very helpful when it comes time to pick out some frames. They are all so helpful from start to finish and you can really tell that they care about their patients.

Very friendly staff who makes your appointments super smooth and efficient. The specialists really understand what they're doing and are completely transparent in what procedures they're performing, products they're selling, and follow-up items they're prescribing. Owned by a small business owner makes each visit so personal where they take the time to meet and understand each of their patients every visit. I've been trying to recommend her services to those I know, and I would continue to do so. Best part: the owner is able to fully support the Viet community too, speaking fluent Vietnamese... so that's pretty cool. If you're looking for opportunities to support more small businesses, which you should, this is an establishment you don't want to miss, especially when it comes to one of your basic needs.
