The physician ordered a special set of contacts for me to try out, but they didn't work correctly. She said they can improve the next pair. This was over 5 weeks ago. To date, I still haven't received them. I've left 3 messages and 4 phone calls to get this taken care of. I finally had to request to speak with the manager or the physician. They said they'll call me back to let me know the status. Let's see how this fairs out...

I was a new patient. I arrived 20 min before my appointment, after 15min passed my appointment they let me in. After check up I waited again 20 min for doctor to come. The service is not good and they do not respect patient's time. They give appointments very late and I had to wait 2 months to have an appointment. It definitely does not worth to let them take care of me. The facility is very dirty, the restroom does not have soap and smells awful. The front desk girl is nice.

The office staff is great, the office manager is committed to giving patients the best deal possible, and Dr Krad was able to guide me to the best available lens implants to meet my individual needs.

I don't leave reviews often but I felt this was necessary after I had called this facility on behalf of my grandmother. My grandmother received a statement, and understandably needed some extra help and clarification, so I called in and Sonia was very kind and courteous when answering our questions. She truly went above and beyond for us for dealing with our confusion. I say this because I know how difficult it is to deal with a bunch of questions that either are difficult or seem obvious to others. What I value most is how personable she was! I felt she went beyond her duties and helped us make an appointment to the specialist we got referred to! Thank you Sonia for all your help. She really made this easy for us and we appreciate the service, facility, and most importantly her. 10/10 service thank you.

Grandpa had an appt at 3:40pm. This morning they told me I could bring him earlier than his scheduled time, anytime after 1pm and they would see him. I brought him at 2pm. It's now 4:40 and he still has not seen the doctor. He is 93 and his stamina is weak, not to mention I moved my day around to accommodate this appointment. Not ok.
Update. We decided to leave becauae my grandpa just couldn't anymore and as we were leaving we got nothing but lame excuses and no sincere apology. Wow.

Thanks to Sonia we found out about this place. She shared her Intel on how the process goes. I was always weary about this procedure and she definitely put me at ease. Once I went in and talked to Dr Krad he verified the process and also put me at ease. Dr Krad was very helpful with every question I had and answered them with no hesitation.
