THIS PLACE IS AWFUL! I got my sons prescription glasses here last year immediately I can tell they were defective one arm that goes behind the ear was shorter than the other when I pointed this out they refused to get a replacement instead offered to adjust them even after they adjusted them they did not do a great job instead of arguing with them I ended up leaving tried to make do with them the best I could . Within the last year I have had to bring my son's glasses back to this location several times so my son could probably wear them . Each time I came to this location they had an Attitude with me like I was bothering them One time telling me that during the summer Because my son sweats the Glasses are not going to fit him properly. The people at this location are very lazy. They have a horrible attitude. And do not know how to speak in a professional way . On November 18 2024 I brought the glasses back because again they are not fitting Due to the fact that they were defective from the beginning. They once again at this location had a horrible attitude. They took the glasses back one time claiming to have adjusted them When they brought them back out and tried to Put them on my son they were crooked And still too loose I told the Asian lady that was speaking to me that obviously these glasses are not adjusted To where he can wear them correctly, can they please take them back and try to adjust them again? Her response to me was shocking. She said your sons face is crooked glasses do not fit your son's face because his Face is crooked !!! I was totally shocked and humiliated. These people tried to blame my sons face As being the problem, when in fact, the defective glasses have been a problem for at least a year That they would not replace And never adjusted them correctly I had to basically force her to take the glasses and try to go Adjust them again she had an attitude and took them back in the room And brought them out and said these are broken we cannot fix them!!!! THEY BROKE MY SONS GLASSES and then tried to blame it on me and basically kicked me out of the store!!!! If anybody is wondering why I did not go to a different location to get the glass Adjusted somewhere else the answer to that is I did! Nobody was willing to try to adjust the glasses because I did not get the prescription from them ! Beware of this place beware of these people they will break your glasses and blame it on you and you will be stuck with broken glasses and no glasses to wear !!! My son is a previous eye surgery patient without proper glasses He cannot see, and if he's not wearing glasses that are proper it could put him at risk for having another eye surgery . If my son suffers damage due to this places negligence I will make sure they will be held accountable!!!These people here do not care avoid this place !!!!

This place has incredible service, amazing prices and a generous selection of frames. I used to go to the big chain place where I got my last pair of glasses, but I did not like the services there since I could not feel I was cared by the Doctor and staffs. The best thing I liked about eyedeal optometry was Dr. Na was very thorough with her explanations and answered all my questions about my condition. In addition, they have cutting edge and computerized equipments for examining eyes. Dr. Na was able to take a picture of deep inside of my eyes. Patty was so helpful for me to select right glasses and sunglasses. The office looked like a remodeled and interior design was very simple, clean and modern look. They also have a great and trendy selections to choose and never forced me to purchase glasses. I had a great deal of discount for glasses and sunglasses compared to my previous visit to the big chain optical store. Lastly, they only took a couple days to finish my glasses and I was able to pick them up two days later compared to usually taking a week from other store. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and coworkers.

The optometrist was professional, friendly and warm! I felt invited but not pressured and I felt the recommendations were genuine to my needs and not an up sell. It was a breeze to get an appointment quick and I was invited to come in the evening at my convenience to pick up my glasses/contact lenses. I WILL be going back and taking my family!!

Great service by the 2 young men. They both were extremely nice and provided exactly what I needed. Definitely would come again!!

WOW...I wasn't the patient and all I did was ask a question and the lady got annoyed and was very rude! Glad I am never visiting this place. I hate bad customer service.

Been here more than 5 times already. Personal is actually really nice! Prices for exam, glasses etc is actually really reasonable!!!
